Final menu and party details are due two weeks prior to the event. All food and beverages are subject to 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity. In compliance the Health Department regulations, all food shall be supplied by Da Francesco’s Ristorante and Bar, special occasion cakes being the only exception.

FAQ

How do I book a party?

Call the restaurant (586-731-7544) and ask to speak to a banquet manager!

Is the banquet room private?

Yes! Our Banquet room is private. You will have the room exclusively for your party duration.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE BANQUET ROOM HOLD?

110 people is the max amount that the banquet room holds. However, if you plan to have gift tables, dessert displays or utilize our dance door, it will will reduce the amount of people the room can hold.

For example baby/wedding showers the room max is 80 people.

Is there a room charge?

3 1/2 hours room use is included with every package. There is no room charged unless you wanted to extend that time.

Is there minimum quantity required?

Yes. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday there is a minimum of 40 Adults required. Friday, Saturday & Sunday there is a minimum of 60 Adults required.

How long do I have the room for?

You have the room exclusively for 3 1/2 hours. If you wish to have the room for longer we can extend it for an additional fee as long as there isn’t another party after yours.

What is provided?

We provide white linen, white folded napkins, plates for each course and polished silverware, stemmed water glasses. Coffee, tea, pop and cake cutting is also included in the package price.

How far in advanced do I need to book my party?

THE SOONER THE BETTER. Our banquet room books very quickly

When do I need to have my final menu selected?

Two weeks prior to the event date we need to have your final menu selected.

When do I need to have my final count selected?

One week prior to the date we need to have the final count. The final count is the amount you will be charged for unless the attendance increases.

**The count must always exceed the minimum quantity required.

When do I get to come and set up my decorations?

Depending on when the party before yours is , you can come and decorate the night before or the day of your party. The banquet manager will notify you when you can come in to decorate.

How are your tables arranged?

Our tables are 66″ round and hold (8-11) people. Our banquet manager will be more than happy to work with you to develop a floor plan that fits your event’s needs.

Can I bring in my own tables?

We have several options for gift and dessert displays with our provided tables. We do not allow any third party tables to be brought in.

Can I bring in my own chairs?

We provide our standard chairs for your event. If you wish to hire your own chair company you may do so ($3 per person fee).

Do you have other rooms available?

In the event that our banquet room is full, our Middle Room or Bistro can be transformed into a semi-private event space, depending on the day and time of week. Our banquet manager will be more than happy to discuss these options with you!
